Our preferred method of payment is PayPal, however we also accept cheque and bank transfer payment. With PayPal orders we accept instant payment via PayPal.
Dispatch on all orders is aimed to be posted with in 24 hours of your artwork approval. We ideally like to process and dispatch all orders within 1 working day.
U.K. orders will be sent via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery time 2-3 working days and we post out Monday to Saturday.
Please contact us if you require your order within a very short deadline. We can not accept any responsibility for orders placed for next day requirement due to the handling and processing time through our system.
Orders from Abroad
We do post to all European Union Countries and the USA. Please contact us prior to making a purchase so we can provide a customised postage quotation which we supply on request.
Q) I like this design, but can you change font colours?
A) Yes, we can amend the colour of the fonts shown in this artwork to closely match your party/event theme. We can reproduce most colours, but please note that there maybe some subtle shading tone difference from proof to physical print. We can not produce metallic colours though unfortunately.
Q) How do I send my text/photo through to you?
A) Please send upload your text & photo (if applicable to this particular item) at the following link. Please make sure you include your eBay user ID with your upload. Any submissions without an eBay ID will take longer to process. Any submissions made by username that have not made purchases within 24 hours will be deleted from our system.
Q) I've not received my proof via email within 24 hours?
A) From time to time email systems will place our proof emails into your spam folder, so if you've not received a proof artwork visual from us within 24 hours of sending your item details through, please check your spam folder!
Q) I live Outside the UK, do you delivery to foreign countries?
A) Yes, we can deliver to most destinations within the World. Please contact us for a customised postage quotation prior to your purchase, so that you can agree the P&P charges. We shall also advise you of the amount of time that Royal Mail recommends for delivery to your destination.
Q) I've not received my item?
A) From time to time, Royal Mail will take longer to process a delivery than expected (normally around serve weather conditions). The first class postage service recommends a 1-2 working day delivery time-frame. If you have not received your item through within 3 working days, please contact us to let us know. All of our items are sent via a Royal Mail pick-up service and are bar-coded and receipted accordingly so in most cases, we are able to provide further information and in rare cases where the item is not delivered, the item is returned to the sender (which all of our postage items are labeled).
Q) I'd like to order a different quantity to what is shown here, is this possible?
A) We can produce a bespoke total to your requirements, so if the amount shown here is too many, please contact us where we can advise you of a revised quotation to meet your specification. If you are looking for a multiples of this particular item, please purchase the amount x, you require.
Q) I can't find what I’m looking for in your shop. Do you do bespoke items?
A) Yes, we can certainly produce a bespoke design for you. Please contact us to discuss your requirements where we can ask our creative designers to get to work on something uniquely yours. If you advise us of how many of the item you'd be looking for, we'll provide a bespoke quotation.
