We aim to pack and dispatch all our items within 24 hours of payment (Monday to Friday)**. Items won over the weekend will usually be dispatched on Monday.
We do offer combined delivery
For the UK: All items will be sent via 1st class signed for or recorded delivery. Heavy or bulky items are sent via overnight 24h courier.
For worldwide: Please Email for a quote.
We accept returns if the item is Faulty or not 100% as described by us. We will happily refund the full price of the item, once it has been returned and checked. Exchanges are subject to availability. Where replacement stock is not available a refund will be issued for your item.
Please inform us of any problems within 48 hours of receipt of your item.
The item must be returned to us, in its original condition, within 7 days of you receiving it. A refund will be issued within 5 working days of receipt of the returned item. Please do not contact us regarding your refund before 5 days have passed.
We advise you to use recorded delivery, or a delivery service that can be tracked and traced, as parcels that do not arrive back to us cannot be refunded by us.
International returns please note: If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains 'returned goods'
Postage charges will not be refunded unless goods are faulty or the wrong item has been shipped.
Returns can only be accepted via post or courier; we do not offer a collection service.

1) How long after payment will you dispatch my item?
A) We will always try to dispatch your item within 24 hours of payment. During busy periods this can take 48 hours.
2) How long after dispatch should I expect to wait for delivery?
A) We use Royal Mail signed for delivery or Overnight courier depending on quantity or weight for all UK orders. This is a 2-3 day service. For European orders your delivery should take 3-5 days and for the rest of the world it should be 5-7 days. International orders are dispatched via DHL Express delivery.
3) Can I return my item if I don't like it or I changed my mind
A) We will accept a return for this reason. The item must be in its original, unused condition. Only the item cost will be refunded, not postage.

5) Can you order an item that you don't have listed?
A) we have been established photographic suppliers since 1928, if we don’t have the item listed you require, send us an email, we may have stock, If not we can source and acquire the product for you.
6) I've just paid for an item but want to add another to the invoice, can this be done?
A) eBay doesn't allow this unfortunately. Once an item(s) have been paid for we aren't able to add to your invoice.
7) Do you offer combined postage discount?

8) I am a new customer. I am only allowed to buy 1 item at a time. Why is this?
A) This restriction helps protect buyer and seller from unpaid items. When your feedback rises above 5 you will be able to buy more than 1 item together.
9) Am I able to buy in bulk?
A) we are a photographic wholesaler Bulk purchases are possible.
10) I don't have Paypal, can I pay via another method?

11) I have paid for my item but would like to cancel the purchase. Is this possible?
