Damaged in Post - Many of our products are very fragile products, the designers do package the products very well for transit. Please ensure paypal delivery address is correct. We only sell to paypal customers with a confirmed address.

The majority of our products are despatched by Royal Mail.

If you have not received your items within estimated delivery times, you must check with your local sorting office even if you have not received notification from your postman that they are holding items for you. Royal Mail will only help track an insured package ie Recorded or Special delivery( please read DELIVERY INFORMATION)

If you choose to have your order dispatched by our free dispatch service, your order is uninsured and not trackable by Royal Mail so we do not have any way of tracking your order and Royal Mail will not process a claim, so we cannot assume responsibility for any loss or damage to your order that occurs during delivery we will not offer a refund only a replacement which will be resent free of charge by a insured and trackable service.

If the item has be personalised incorrectly by our designers, we will send out an replacement without any charge incurred on customer If for any reason at all you are not happy with your purchase on receipt, contact us for a returns number, then return it to us, unused, in it’s original condition along with it’s original packaging within 14 days then we will refund to you the full price less postage (postage & packing - a minimum £3.25 will be charged for all free p&p orders - Maximum charge varies depending on weight of order) you paid within 30 days of us receiving the returned item in it’s original condition. Postage and Packing charges are a separate contract and are deemed as a service that has begun and has been completed before the end of the 14 day money back policy period and hence will not be refunded. The customer has the right to change their mind and cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
