Place your order through the 'buy it now' button using the drop down box to choose your size then email your wording and thread colour from the following:

WORDING
YOUR OWN CHOICE OF WORDS, for example your new married name, Just Married, the wedding date, your first name, anything goes. Up to 24 letters on the back of the briefs

THREAD COLOURS
Your bikini will be professionally machine embroidered with the wording of your choice in any of these colours:
White, ivory, mid/rose pink, deep/fuchsia pink, red, burgundy, purple, lilac, silver, gold, mint green, jade green, turquoise, light blue, royal blue.

DELIVERY

Estimated despatch/delivery times are shown on each individual item.  You will receive an email upon ordering with a despatch date.  If you need your item quickly let us know your required by date and we will prioritse your order where possible - Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery may be required to guarantee your order arrives on time.

If choosing Next Day Delivery upon checkout please specify your required by date as your order will need to be prioritised accordingly.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Your order will be sent to the address supplied by you - please ensure this is correct as we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect or incomplete addresses.  A delivery charge will apply where a product has to be re-sent due to an incomplete or incorrect address.  All orders will require a signature.

UNDELIVERED MAIL

Where an item is returned to us because of incorrect address supplied by the customer, or where it has not been collected from the post office/sorting office, customers will be charged for re-delivery.

RETURNS

As they are made to your requirements, and in line with Distance Selling Regulations, personalised items and special orders are not eligible for refund.  Unpersonalised items can be returned for a refund or exchange at our discretion, and must be returned within 7 days of receipt by a trackable postage method.  Any refund will be minus our original cost of posting your order.  Contact us before forwarding goods for refund/exchange.  Only applicable to products returned in their original condition.  The customer is liable for the return postage costs and will not be refunded the original postage charge.  If you are returning an item for an exchange you will be liable for p&p.  

CANCELLATIONS

CUSTOM MADE/PERSONALISED PRODUCTS - In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations (Regulation 13) you cannot cancel your order of goods made to your own specification.

SIZES

We aim to provide standard and accurately sized garments but the fit and actual size of items varies between manufacturers.  Detailed to fit sizes and actual measurements are available for every item upon request.

DEFINITIONS

'Personalised' is any item which is custom made to order where you choose any or all of the following: wording, crystal colour, font, embroidery colour, embroidery font; and one-off commissions.  'Personalised' includes where you choose 'Just Married' as your wording.

PERSONALISATION DETAILS

Where crystal or thread colour is not given, we reserve the right to provide your product in a neutral shade, ie silver stones or white thread.

PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

Unpersonalised items can be returned for a valid reason within seven days of receipt. Buyer must contact us in the first instance. Original P&P will not be refunded. Personalised items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
