How to send us your personalisation
All you have to do is send us your new joint surname, the first names of the bride and groom in the order you want them to be displayed and the date of your wedding in the same format that you would like it to be displayed. You can do this either by sending a message to us bu clicking the 'Ask a question' button at the bottom of the listing, or send your details with your ebay id (or we don’t know who you are!) to: personocco.sales@virginmedia.com
Please don't send your information through Paypal's checkout page as this doesn't work if you are ordering with a smartphone or iPad and can be unreliable anyway.

How much will it cost?

How Long will my Order Take?
Your order will only take 3 working days, (this does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays) until the sweets are dispatched, providing that we have all personalisation details sent to us at the time of ordering. If you need these in a real rush, please get in touch and we will try to help wherever we can. Just give us a call on 07854 460993.
Please note if we don’t receive your details with the order, this will potentially seriously lengthen the production time due to the extra time it takes to chase buyers for details, so please, please make sure personalisation details are sent at the time of ordering.
How the Postage works
The price you see is inclusive of first class recorded postage and packing (delivery aim 1-3 working days) on orders up to and including 400 sweets, and 48 hour courier service for the larger orders of 500 sweets or more. We always send out despatch notifications so you will know when your order has set off. If Royal Mail miss you, they will hold onto the item for 18 calendar days before sending it back to us. If you are worried about your order and it has been over 5 days since the despatch notification was sent, please get in touch with us and we can check the tracking number which will give us a rough idea of what is happening.
The free P&P is ony applicable to customers living in the UK. If you are viewing this from the Republic of Ireland, or anywhere else in the world, please contact us for an Airmail price.
A little more about us and the way we work
We process thousands of Love Hearts every week, carefully wrapping each one by hand and this can only be done because we are a company of dedicated hard workers with a common focus of getting the best results for you and your wedding.
We concentrate solely on selling personalised items for Weddings and other occasions, you can rest assured when you order with us that your sweets will be expertly wrapped with none of the original label showing, there are no 'cutting guidelines' on our labels, the new label will be applied straight and not baggy, the end of the label won't be lifting up and there will be no excess glue blobs either.
Overwrapping these sweets and getting perfect results every time is not as easy as it would appear and planning a wedding can be stressful, we know as most of us here have been through it. ABOUT THE LOVE HEARTS
We have heavily invested into our equipment in order to bring you the very best that eBay has to offer! The labels themselves are printed onto very high quality paper using high end printers which produce a smudgeproof, sharp image and one that you will not be disappointed with! They are then machine cut and overwrapped by hand onto the mini rolls. We do have to leave the original label on underneath for legal reasons so that you have access to the ingredients list but you will not be able to see it at all when your sweets are wrapped.
For anybody that needs to know for favour box sizes, the mini rolls measure 3.5cm in length and 2cm in diameter.
We cannot change the colour of the foil. The sweets have been packed in a sterile environment at the Swizzels factory and opening them up to replace the foil would compromise their longevity.
A little more about the sweets inside
Please note that the sweets we use are genuine Swizzels Matlow Love Hearts and these are the standard mini Love Heart rolls in which each sweet will contain any one of approximately 200 random messages.
We do not open, choose or even touch the sweets themselves and we have found that the fun is in discovering which messages you may or may not have inside anyway.
Feel free to take a look at the Love Heart wikipedia page for a run down of the messages you may get - please note we have not got a clue which messages you will receive on the sweets so if one of your guests gets a very rare ‘Me Julie Best Mum’ (what on earth was Swizzels thinking!), then please don’t blame us for it, it is just the luck of the draw and is meant for fun.
BEST BEFORE DATES
Due to the volume of sweets we use, and the constant influx of new stock, the Best Before date on these sweets is almost always 18 months away! We really do have the freshest stock on eBay!
