If you are not satisfied with the goods we will be happy to refund your initial outlay, minus the postage costs, providing you advise us immediately by email and the goods are returned in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. You will need to cover the return postage costs yourself. If the goods are faulty we will refund all your initial outlay and return postage costs.
This does not include personalised items unless they are faulty. Please note I do not accept returns on personalised items that are miss-spelled unless the fault is mine and I have made a mistake, in which case I will offer a replacement or full refund.
