We use the very latest computerised engraving machine which guarantee's perfect clear engraving each and every time.

Please ensure that you double check all engraving requirements as we cannot be held responsible for spelling and/or typographical errors included in your engraving request..

Please leave your engraving requirements on the paypal/eBay notes to seller at checkout.

If you cannot find the notes to seller section then please send us your requirements though eBay messages straight after you have completed your payment.

All payment must be made within 7 Days.

We accept the following payment methods : PayPal, Postal Order, Cheque, or Payment by Card.

If you are paying by card you will need to call us on 02920 369213 after you have purchased your item to complete payment.

If you are paying by cheque you will need to wait for it to clear before your item is dispatched.

Most items are sent via Royal Mail first class tracked unless otherwise stated.

Please allow up to seven days for your item to arrive. A tracking number will be provided if you need it please email us.

If you need next day delivery on your item, please contact us first so we can issue an invoice that reflects the additional postage for this service.

Returns & Contact

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in it's original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the item price only. Please note the above only applies to sales where the item has not been personalised.

We do not accept returns on personalised items that are misspelt UNLESS the fault is ours, in which case we will send you a replacement item.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us to return, for a replacement item, we will pay your return postage for damaged / faulty items.

All returns must be sent back to us via recorded delivery. Please contact us BEFORE returning any items.
