Free Draft

We offer a free draft service so you can view your invitation before you buy. Please use the ‘Request Free Draft’ button and fill in the form. We will email the draft within 48 hours (usually 24 hours).

When sending us your details please only use CAPS where you require them to be printed. Please check all spelling as we copy and paste all text.

We can print individual guest names on the invitations for a flat fee of £10.00. Please email names in a list format. If you would like to invite friends/family via email or facebook we can provide a jpeg file for a flat fee of £10.00. Email: Sales@siennamai.com

How to order

Once you are happy with the draft of your invitation you can use the buy it now service to purchase. Alternatively you can also purchase before you see the draft of your invitation.

  1. Quantity required: Use the drop down menu to select the quantity you require i.e. for 100 invitations please select 100.
     
  2. Card finish: White or Pearlescent card Use the drop down menu to select either white card or our premium pearlescent card which has an elegant, subtle pearl finish
     
  3. Envelopes: Finally, please select whether you require white envelopes or not
     
  4. Payment: Please then proceed to payment. We accept paypal, postal orders, cheques and bacs payment. Please email sales@siennamai.com after purchasing with your reference number (if you have one i.e 10578) or quote in paypal by ‘adding message’

Product Information
Personalised invitations are A6 or folded to A6 for folding invitations. We print on either 300gsm card Silk or Pearlescent Card which has a subtle elegant pearl finish. Envelopes are an optional extra and are high quality white.

Refunds
Due to our items being personalised, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges, unless a mistake has been made by us, if we have made any mistake, please contact us and we will send replacements for you.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days. If your order is urgent, please contact us first to ensure we can meet your delivery needs. We use Royal mail first class post, this service usually takes 1-2 working days, but this is not guaranteed, Royal Mail ask us to allow 15 working days for an item to arrive before they will class this to be lost, if on the 15th working day your item has still not arrived we will be more than happy to replace your full order
