You can change your mind for any reason within 14 calendar days of delivery and receive a refund if you follow our returns policy. This applies to all sales within the European Union.
You must return the item in new condition, unused and intact in its original manufacturer packaging. If not a minimum restocking charge of 25% of the purchase price will be made or we may return it to you at your cost. You must return the item to us at your cost within 14 days of your receipt of the item.
We will not refund any expedited delivery charges such as Saturday or Guaranteed Next Day. For items delivered outside the mainland UK we will not refund any additional or international postage or return postage costs incurred. Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.
If you receive an item that is different to what was described, or that is faulty or damaged, please contact us to report it immediately. We will either collect the item or provide a Freepost address for you to return it to us. International customers will need to return the item by their own method, we will not refund international postage. We will check all items returned, if we find no fault in the item, we will either send it back to you at your cost, or make it available for your collection.
If your item develops a fault after 28 days of purchase and within the warranty period (normally one year) please contact us and arrange for a warranty repair or replacement. Items returned under warranty will need to be sent to us at your own cost.
When writing to us to arrange to return an item, please be as descriptive as possible regarding the reason for return. Include your name, contact details and the invoice number to allow us to track the item. Failure to do this will mean that we may not be able to locate your details and process your item.
