All deliveries to the other parts of the world are by Royal Mail International record mail. 50% of our items re shipped in the same day of purchase if payment is before 12 noon. 95% are shipped not later than the 2day of clear payment. In rear occasions, shipment is delayed for only 5% of purchases beyond the 2^nd day. ALL SHIPMENT IS BY 1^ST CLASS which should be delivered the 2^nd day or worst 3^rd day.

Our listing will say either free postage or state clearly the delivery charges for the UK and EU. If the delivery is to the rest of the world, you will please contact us to give the delivery charges.

If you are paying by PayPal, please note that we will dispatch your item to the address on your PayPal account. If you required a shipment to a different address, kindly email us first and wait until we reply you before proceeding to conclude the transaction.

RETURNS

Our stringent internal quality control systems eliminate to a great extent faulty items from being dispatched. Please check your item immediately you received it and email us if there is any query. In the unlikely events that you need to return any item, please take reasonable care to avoid damage.

Please note that:

1                    We will give FREE replacement or refund for any item that is faulty.

2                    We will accept return within 7days if you simply change your mind but the postage element of your payment will not be refunded. If it is postage free we will recover the postage that we incurred in sending the item to you.

3                    Customer should ensure that their address is correct. Please note that we post to your address on PayPal. If any item is returned for wrong address or the customer was not around to collect their item, to repost again, customer will have to pay for the postage. If customer prefers refund the postage we have already paid will not be refunded.

4                    If we have to refund any customer for whatever reason, we can not refund more than whatever you paid to us. That is any postage incurred by any customer to return the item to us will not be refunded.
