Delivery
Please supply an address where delivery can be accepted between 9 am and 5 pm Monday-Friday. Please note that if you are paying via PayPal the "Ship To" address MUST be the same as your confirmed address in PayPal. We also require a contact telephone number that will may used in some circumstances by the shipping company to contact you in advance of delivery
Delivery information will be supplied at time of dispatch.
For deliveries made via the Postal Service, please allow 5 to 15 business days for receipt of your item. If item is not received after 15 business days, customers should check with their local post office prior to contacting our Customer Service team at PhilipsOutlet@luzernsolutions.com
The customer will be liable for any further costs incurred by The Philips Outlet Clearance Store for any items returned to The Philips Outlet Clearance Store due to non delivery. Upon delivery of the goods, in most instances, the Customer will be asked to sign a Proof of Delivery to acknowledge safe receipt. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the number of packages delivered corresponds with the number stated on the delivery note. Where a discrepancy occurs or where there is evident damage to the packaging, this should be noted on the Proof of Delivery. The Philips Outlet Clearance Store shall not be liable for discrepancies or damage evident on delivery where the Customer accepts delivery and signs the Proof of Delivery without amendment. Please notify The Philips Outlet Clearance Store by email of shortages or damage within 24 hours of receipt.
Returns
We accept ‘No Quibble Returns’ within 7 (seven) calendar days of receipt of your order. You will be refunded the price of the product (inc VAT) + your shipping cost, provided that the item is received intact and in a resalable condition. Please note customers are responsible for charge/cost associated with returning the product back to The Philips Outlet Clearance Store. Please follow the Returns Procedure outlined below.
The Philips Outlet Clearance Store is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and service. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective. In such cases we offer the returns facilities described below. Please see advertisement for product warranty details.
Items should be returned by traceable methods of shipping and adequate insurance cover should be taken out by the customer. We regret we are unable to ship advance replacements. The Philips Outlet Clearance Store does not offer a walk in replacement service. If a suitable replacement is not available, The Philips Outlet Clearance Store reserves the right to refund the purchase price of the product, along with the original freight cost. Insurance is non- refundable.
Returns Procedure
In the first instance please email PhilipsOutlet@luzernsolutions.com in order to obtain a Return Material Authorisation number, (RMA). Please type RMA Request in the subject line of the email and include your order number & a brief description of the product fault in the email. Please clearly write the RMA number on the outer packaging of any items being returned. All RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns not displaying a relevant RMA number or an expired RMA number.
The Philips Outlet Clearance Store cannot accept responsibility for returned items which are lost in transit. The customer should, therefore, ensure that adequate insurance cover has been taken out on any product being returned to The Philips Outlet Clearance Store.
