DISPATCH TIME

We aim to despatch all items ordered before 12pm (Monday to Friday) on the same day. For Orders made after this time they will be despatched the following working day.

Please note that orders cannot be despatched on Bank Holidays.

We offer several Postage options to our customers which are;

First Class Post (1-2 Working Days) £4.25

Second Class (3-5 Working Days) £3.75

Next Day Delivery for orders made before 12pm £7.11

Please be aware that we DO offer postage discount when buying more than one item, unfortunately due to both eBay’s and PayPal’s policy they do not offer this facility on the website so please message us and will send you an invoice via eBay for the reduced Postage costs. Please also be aware that the cost of postage has increased due to Royal Mails new charges however we do subsidise some of the costs on most items and offer free postage on items over £30.00.  2. ORDERING FROM US

 2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
 2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we change the order status to pending. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
 2.3 We may refuse to accept an order:
a. where goods are not available;
b. where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
c. if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
d. if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
e. if you attempt to ship outside of the UK. We only ship to the UK at the moment. Should an order be placed to a non-UK residence, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment.

 3.1 Our prices include VAT
 3.2 Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.

 4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

 4.1 If you wish to cancel your order: 
a. you can notify us by email to sales@uk-fancy-dress.com before we have dispatched the goods to you;
 or b. where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
 4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Please note, the items must be unopened and in the original packaging. The security seals must be intact where applicable
 4.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid.
 4.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: - a. in the event that the product has been used.
b. to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you
 The provisions of this clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights. 

4.5 If returning goods to UK Fancy Dress, they must be returned using a signed for service (e.g. Recorded delivery). Only upon receipt of these goods at our premises will a full refund be issued (in accordance with clause 4.2 and 4.4.)

Return policy details
Returns are accepted on faulty items only within 14 days of receipt, and we will only exchange faulty items for a like for like item, and not for alternatives. All returns must be agreed in advance, and a returns number issued. Please note: When returning item(s), the sender is responsible for any costs incurred. No refunds will be given unless the goods do not comply with the Sale of Goods Act.
