We're sure you'll love the products we sell, but if there's a problem that means you need to send the item back, then we're here to make the process as hassle-free as possible. Please contact us and we can advise how to do this.
We value every customer and we keep an excellent selling reputation. So if there's any issue with your purchase, please kindly contact us first before leaving negative or neutral feedback and we'll do our best to assist you and resolve any problems. If a negative/neutral feedback was left before a contact has been made, you'll lose your chance to resolve the issue and the feedback will be reported to eBay for removal as you’re agreeing with these terms before buying my item.
The item the item you have received is not what you ordered or is damaged
If you receive an incorrect order or the item you receive is damaged please report this to us with 24 hours of receiving the item - get in touch and we will endeavour to help.
Before you return the item
Is there anything we can do to help? In some circumstances we can offer a better solution that avoids a returned item. Perhaps you need some assistance in using the item or maybe it's not quite what you expected - get in touch and let's see how we can resolve it.
Your rights under the 'Distance Selling Act'
You have up to 14 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order. Delivery charges will be refunded but if only part of your order is cancelled then the original delivery charges will not be refunded.
Things you should remember
When returning any item please ensure that all tags and or packaging are still intact and that the items not used. If you return an item without it's original tags or packaging then we reserve the right to withhold part of your refund. Items that were sold without tags / packaging are in exception to this, but must still remain unused. If an additional upgraded postal service was used we will not refund the postage. We do not pay for return post.
