Payment must be completed before item is posted. Delays in payment will delay next day delivery.  If you would like to call our retail shop to complete payment feel free to call Mon-Sat 10:00-5:30 tel: 0117 373 1422. We use PayPal as it is the fast and secure way to purchase on line. You can also use your credit card by calling our retail shop and completing payment.. Your credit card number is not saved once your order has been processed. If you would like to pay by any other method please contact us so that we can make an arrangement.

Shipping:

Quick Delivery. Items purchased before 2pm are posted same day. We will send your package through Royal Mail First Class Delivery. We post Monday-Friday. First Class items are delivered in 1-3 days. Please note weekends and Bank Holidays are not included.  We will post to your pay pal address, it is buyers responsibility to make sure that address is correct and buyer is responsible for post if mailed to unchanged paypal address. Next Business Day Delivery available for an additional fee. Next day orders will be posted before 12:00pm. Orders after 12:00pm will be posted the next day. Next day delivery provided by Fed-Ex/ANC, Fast Way, or Parcel Force. Next day does not include weekends or bank holidays. Choose postage option below.  Additional postage costs may be needed to cover Northern Ireland, Scotland, and British Isles. You will be contacted immediatly if charges apply. This may delay next day delivery. Next Day delivery does not apply to international orders. Postage discount for multiple items; must be purchased at the same time.   

Returns: If buyer no longer wants the item, or it is not what buyer wanted then item may be returned. Item cannot be returned if it has been worn or used. Item must be returned in original packaging and in resellable condition. No return on wigs. Buyer will pay return postage and will not be refunded original delivery cost. If purchased with free postage £1.99 will not be refunded to cover original costs. Seller must be  notified of the return prior to postage, and agree to condition of return. Once item is received in original condition then seller will refund buyer, less a 10% restocking fee.  If Buyer receives item and it is faulty, seller will send a replacement or refund buyer once seller receives faulty item in return. Buyer will be refunded postage for Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery prices only.  Items purchased with free postage will be refunded less £1.99 to cover original postage costs. Please ensure you purchase the correct size according to size chart. Please note that sizes run small to give you that classic tight fit. Use size chart to get your accurate size. No free exchanges on jackets ordered in wrong sizes. Save yourself time and money, order correctly the first time. If you need to exchange for a different size you will need to pay return postage and an additional £1.99 for new item to be posted. Some sizes are different prices, so additional costs may apply to the new item. These costs will need to be paid and return will need to be received by us before new item is dispatched.
