All pit bikes purchased  will be dispatched on the following  day for next working day delivery by TNT 0800 100 600  ,however it is not guaranteed  so please allow up to three working days  for delivery .When purchasing bulk orders  ie more than one pit bike ,this will be sent on a pallet service Farrels 01829753107  again three working days should be allowed for delivery .please sign for your parcels as unchecked as we realize it not practical to check the condition of  your pit bike at the doorstep .We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Collection is not available.

we offer a 28 day parts warranty  ,in the unlikely event you have a problem with your pit bike we will send out the appropriate part to resolve the issue . All warranty issues will have to be reported via email  and in some cases supported with a picture to info@demonxpitbikes.co.uk . A basic knowledge of pit bike maintenance is required.you will be required   to  put  the following parts on the pit  bike which are  the handle bars ,front wheel and foot pegs .

Returns/Refunds

Any item in need of return must be notified via  ebay message or email info@demonxpitbikes.co.uk .you are responsible for the returns postage and proof of postage Items  will be inspected prior to to refund ,please allow seven days for this process . If an item should arrive damaged in the post all packaging must be returned to assist with any claim. If we have supplied any part incorrectly or faulty we will cover all postage costs. If an item is no longer required, does not fit or purchased in error we will not cover any postage costs involved in the return. Remember any damage must be reported within 24hrs of receipt and all returns must be within 7 days of receipt. with regards to pit bikes they must be returned in original package unused to qualify for a refund .
