Not at all like the Rizzoli and Isles books I have become so fond of. This one is a standalone which starts as a mystery - why is the daughter behaving so oddly - and ends up telling a tale linked to the Holocaust (I won't spoil it by telling you how). I didn't know before reading this that Tess Gerritsen composed the piece of music which is key to the story, and you can listen to it on Youtube.

The book is of a good quality even though it is not brand new. I haven't read it yet but I do like the writer a lot.
