Change Of Mind Returns
Purchased items can be returned if you change your mind within 28 days of receipt for a full refund excluding our eBay listing fee‘s, delivery charge or collection fee.
Items must be returned to us un-used and in original undamaged retail packaging. If your item was received in non-retail packaging and this is no longer secure, new secure packaging must be found before shipping. Any damaged or missing items incurred during transit will be deducted from your refund. You will not be reimbursed for any charges you received for postage/delivery of the goods back to us. We can arrange collection of the product(s) however you will receive a charge for this service.
If you wish to return an item(s) to us due to a change of mind, please email us at message Plum_Clearance, Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0844 880 5302. Please include your eBay order number, or Plum Products order number from the delivery note that will accompany your delivery. Once your return has been accepted you will received a RAN which number to be included on any return paperwork.
Please do not write anything on the packing or item, as this will also be deducted from your refund.
Plum_Clearance take pride in the quality of our products and all products are checked before sending. However we are aware item may become damaged, faulty or missing during transit.
All items must be checked with in 2 workings days of being received.
If you notify use of an issue with the items parts after 2 working days we could offer replacement parts however this will come with a charge excluding postage. We will not accept returns or any refunds issued for damaged, faulty or missing items after this period.
If the item is Damaged/faulty or has parts missing, please message Plum_Clearance, email email@example.com or call 0844 880 5302 stating what parts have been received faulty/missing. If we have the parts available then these will be sent to you, if not you’ll be offered a full replacement, if neither of those options are not available then you will be offered a partial or full refund if desired. If you want a full refund we will arrange collection of the product at your earliest convenience and a refund will be provided upon the goods being returned to us. Please be aware if an item is returned as faulty, we will inspect the item upon return, if we deem that the item is not faulty or the fault has been caused by use, miss-use for any other reason, a refund will not be given and it will be your responsibility to arrange collection.
By purchasing any item from Plum Products Clearance Store this is an automatic acceptance of the above terms and is an automatic recognition of your agreement and understanding of the Returns policy.
