After thorough testing we have established a particular grade of colouring powder that gives the best results when colouring polymorph.

We recommend 1g of Colouring per 20g of Polymorph plastic

Avoid cooling the polymorph with cold water after colouring, as it will give a lighter shade of the colour, just let the polymorph harden normally.

Powder Paint

Colouring Polymoph:

Only a very little amount is used to colour polymorph so this 50g bag is more than enough.

Here are some simple steps to get the best results:

-Melt the desired amount of polymorph in hot water.

-Mould the polymorph into a disk shape

-Sprinkle some powder paint to the centre of the polymorph

-Fold the polymorph continuously making sure the powder stays inside the polymorph and doesn't squeeze out the sides.

-Keep folding and squashing the polymorph until there is a nice even distribution of colour, If the polymorph is going slightly hard then pop it back into hot water to soften it, (you may have to do this a couple of times).. (this technique colours the polymorph from the inside out, so you should not get messy while using the powder paint)

-Once satisfied leave the polymorph to harden. (the powder paint may take a few more minutes to dry, so allow some extra time before touching it)
