We accept returns and would like you to take a few minutes reading the following terms : In line with the UK's distance selling regulations you have the right to a refund on a product if you notify the reason in writing or via email within 7 days from the date that the item was delivered.
"Change of Mind" If you wish to request a refund as you have changed your mind please first contact us to advise us of this. If within the above time frame and still in an unopened original package which would be resaleable, we will issue a returns confirmation number. We require the purchaser to select & pay for a return option. We would advice insurance is added as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged parcels whilst on the return route to us. Once inspected and confirmed the product has no sign of wear or usage we will issue a refund on the original product price. Please note that we will not issue a refund on any other amounts, which include the original postage cost or insurance.
"Exchange" It is possible to request an exchange on a product as long as it is within the 7 working day slot after receiving the delivery. We would require the original product to be returned at a cost to the purchaser. Any further delivery charges for the new product will be charged at the listing amount for that product stated amount, or for a minimum of £5.00 per item. The original item must be returned to our depot prior to the new item being despatched.
"Damaged on arrival" If goods are damaged on arrival please inform us immediately, this must be within seven working days. If the box is visually damaged on delivery, please sign courier delivery notes as "damaged" or reject the parcel. If you find the item is damaged please return the product back to us where we will check the item and discuss with you the best course of action. This may be an exchange or a refund.
"Faulty Product" All of our products sold have a one year guarantee or more if stated. We would require the fault to be reported to us via writing or email and we will do our best to sort asap.
