All guarantees for products are provided entirely by the manufacturers and are subject to their terms and conditions. If you wish to pursue a warranty claim we shall act on your behalf and shall treat all claims as a matter of urgency. Some goods will need to be returned directly to the manufacturer, some will need to be returned to us. Damaged items and shortages
Your bought items should be inspected for damage as soon as you get them. Any damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
