We offer a No Questions Asked 14 Day Return Policy (starting the day after you receive the item) on our fixed price items and as a business we comply with all Distant Selling Regulations (something you don't get from individual sellers/ non-registered businesses).
Should you receive an item and it is not suitable for your needs then please contact us and return it to us in its original packaging and unused. We'll refund you the original purchase price and the outgoing P&P cost. You will be responsible for the return cost of the item.
In the off chance should you receive an item that is not as described, faulty or has been damaged in the post. Then please contact us within 48hrs and we will either replace the item (when possible) or refund your payment in full, including the return cost. If damaged you will need to keep all packaging so that the courier service can inspect it should they need to when we make a claim.
