When will my order be sent?
Orders received before 3.00 pm are dispatched same day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched next day. We are unable to dispatch orders over the weekends or Bank Holidays and we are not to be held responsible for delays in carriage beyond our control.
How will my order be sent?
We use Royal Mail & DPD couriers to ship most of our orders within the UK, depending on the weight and size of your Item. Heavy or oversized items may be sent via alternative couriers.
Our default Royal Mail delivery is Royal Mail 2nd class. Normally orders will be with you within 2/3 working days. Royal Mail 1st class delivery option is also available on checkout.
All items are quality checked prior to dispatch, but should you have any problems with your item, please contact us directly for full refund or replacement.

We accept payment by Paypal and most credit and debit cards over the phone. You do not need a Paypal account to use your credit card through Paypal.

Faulty Items - On occasion, as with any retailing business, an item may appear to be faulty. In this event, you should return the item to us to be tested. Should the item prove to be faulty, we will replace or refund the item as appropriate. Items that prove not to be faulty will be returned you. You will be kept informed throughout this process. To ensure that items being returned reach us safely, please send them via recorded mail.
We only accept returns authorized by staff at Westhalls DIY. Any returns sent back without prior notification will not be accepted and returned to sender. Please mark the returned items for the attention of Customer Services, Westhalls, 1181 Bristol Road South, Northfield, Birmingham B31 2SL. Please list the a short description of the reason for return.

We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned items. The contract between us

Availability of goods you order
If Westhalls DIY has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by Westhalls DIY from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and Westhalls DIY will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Westhalls DIY will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Please note: we endeavor to bring our customers the best value we can by running special offers, but please remember stocks are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability.
