Returns Policy
There is a 2 year warranty from time of purchase of our cartridges; if you should experience problems please contact us and faulty items will be replaced or refunded upon request. Contact us prior to returning any items.
Please make sure you have clearly read the instructions that may be provided with the product, or are displayed on our website. Any products that are reported as faulty but are found to be in working order upon return, will not be refunded.
For non-faulty goods we also offer a 6 month returns guarantee. If the cartridges are unopened and in resale condition, a full refund minus the original postage cost will be applied.
Accidental damage, neglect or misuse of items will not be acceptable for return.
The customer shall pay any carriage costs involved in a return where the goods supplied are as requested and are not faulty.
Refunds will be made by the same method of payment, if possible.
Moreinks does not supply cartridges for resale - if our products are resold we cannot accept responsibility for faulty items.
Where products are manufactured or adapted by the buyer for their own specification we cannot accept responsibility regarding the fitness for purpose of the products supplied.
