In order to keep shipping as competitive as possible, goods less than
£20.00 are usually shipped by Royal Mail International 'Small Packets'
However, if you wish to insure your parcel, please choose either Royal
Mail International Tracked or Royal Mail International Signed. Evidence
of postage is retained and all parcels include a
return address label. Any undelivered parcels will be returned to

Creative Vintage operates in line with Consumer Contracts Regulations
(Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) effective 13 June
2014, replacing the previous Distance Selling Regulations 2000. These
regulations are operative from the day
after you receive your merchandise. IN ORDER TO COMPLY YOU MUST FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Confirm within 14 calendar days that you wish to cancel your order.
Failure to do so will void the returns process. I expect customers to provide me
with the same level of courtesy that I offer, so please keep me

therefore ensure that adequate insurance cover is included to the full
value of your order and also provide me with the reference number for

merchandise is lost or damaged in transit, you must provide the
original certificate of posting (not a photo-copy).
Please be respectful when returning goods. Merchandise should be posted back in exactly the same condition it was received,
and returned in the original packaging, unworn/unused. Catwalk Creative Vintage has the right,
under Consumer Contracts Regulations, to deduct monies from refunds
where goods show signs of unreasonable use leading to diminished value.
This applies to goods where the item has not just been un-packaged and
checked, but has been worn; for example, soiled, damaged, badly creased or smelling of cigarette smoke or perfume.
4) Buyer pays the return postage costs. Customs fees,
taxes and any duty fees imposed by your countries authorities are
non-refundable in any instance.
5) I am UK based so if you live
outside the UK and wish to return goods, please mark your parcel in bold letters: 'RETURNED GOODS'.
I should not have to pay Customs Fees on goods that you are
returning so please make sure your parcel is clearly marked in the top-left corner. Any customs fees that you paid on receipt of your goods are non-refundable in any instance.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Monies will be refunded via the same method
they were originally paid (usually via PayPal). Please note that it may
take 5-7 days for the refund to be credited to your PayPal account.
