In some cases you may feel that you are in a position to collect your goods as your either based close to us or passing by in the near future. We are more than happy for customers to collect their items. Following these simple guidelines will ensure you can do this smoothly and effectively.

Simply inform us of the item (s) that you wish to purchase giving the eBay item id number (s) and a description of the item (s). We accecpt cash on collection or bank transfer cleared in our account prior to collection.

You must inform us of when you are intending to collect your item in order for us to have the order picked and ready for collection. We need a time, day and date to avoid any unnecessary delays.

All collections are to be on a cash basis or Bank Transfer with NO exceptions.

Collections are available from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

We only offer good quality products and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable delivery and customer service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern regarding your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.

1. In order to avoid unnecessary postage costs, we will endeavour in the first instance to try and resolve any problems over the phone or via email. Failing that, we will issue you with a returns authorisation number which must be included with its return. After the return of goods to us we will inspect / repair any faulty item/s and if necessary we will replace the said faulty item/s with the same or equivalent or better.
2. Any shortages or damage or defect must be reported within 2 days of receipt. Exchange of defective parts only within 7 days upon receipt of goods. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by improper misuse or assembly of item. This warranty shall not include any defects or damages to goods resulting from misuse, failure to follow the manufacturer's recommendations concerning use and maintenance, or damage that is not the result of normal use. This warranty does not include normal wear, labour or parts, including, without limitation where appropriate, batteries, light bulbs, fuses and filters.
3. Should you be dissatisfied for any reason with your product please contact us to obtain a returns authorisation number and return it to us for refund.
4. Valid refunds will be made within 48 hours of receipt of returned goods

Please enclose a note with the returns authorisation number, a brief description/reason for the return, the original date of purchase and just leave the rest to us.
