If by any chance you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased please inform us within 3 days of receipt. We will guide you through the return process if you have any doubts on the matter. The item will then be returned and replaced by a new one. * The item is received broken or damaged and you have payed for postage that include insurance then the item may be returned and will be replaced. * If you are not happy with your item it can be returned for a refund but Item must be returned in its original working condition, unused and in original packaging. All returns must be returned within 7 days of receipt and we recommend you use a signed for service as you remain responsible for the goods until they reach us.
