Faulty Goods: If the item appears faulty within 28 days of receipt you will need to return it to us so that we can send a replacement/issue a refund to you. After 28 days, you should refer to the manufacturer or as an alternative contact us. After 6 months of receipt of the item we cannot accept faulty goods back, so you will need to contact the manufacturer. Unwanted Goods: Within 7 days your purchase can be returned for a full refund for any reason. The goods must be unopened and unused. After 7 days we reserve the right to refuse opened and/or unwanted goods, or to charge a discretionary re-stocking fee of £5 or 7% of the value of the goods, whichever is the greater amount. Postage: All returned items must be sent by recorded post, as we are not responsible goods not-received. The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer – there are some exceptions, please contact us for details. You should always contact us if you are unsure if you can return an item to us. Returns must be accompanied by our RMA number. Please contact us for an RMA number prior to returning any goods.
