Delivery

What to do if my order has not arrived after 7 working days of it being dispatched?

If you have not received your product we are very sorry, please contact us as we are unfortunately unaware of any problems experienced in delivery unless we are informed. We will endeavour to answer you within 24 hours and we will take the necessary steps to investigate into this.

How to track my product?

Most our products are sent via Royal Mail Standard Post. For some larger items we will dispatch via courier. If your order has been sent via our courier service you should receive confirmation of the tracking number in an email from us. If you do not have this number please contact us and our customer service team can provide you with this.

Can I collect or return an item to your warehouse myself?

No, it is not possible to collect any items from our warehouse. Nor is it possible to return an item to our warehouse by personally dropping it off there.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Item

What to do if I receive a damaged product?

We apologise in advance if this happens. Prior to any return please get in contact with us through ebay, so we can help resolve this efficiently and quickly. We endeavour to answer all emails within 24 hours, please note that we will ask you to provide photographs of any damaged items.

What to do if I received a faulty product?

Please accept our apologies if you experience this, please email us via ebay and we will reply within 24 hours. Please contact us via Ebay rather than our customer support line as we will be able to provide you with better technical support.

What to do if I have received an incorrect product? 

We apologise in advance if you have received an incorrect item, please get in touch with our company and please do not return this product without informing us first. Again we endeavour to answer all emails within 24 hours and to return all calls; we may ask you to send a photograph of what you have received to help us arrange an exchange for you.

No, unfortunately we cannot provide a prepaid postage envelop or bag for returns.

We can provide technical assistance via email, this is the best method to contact us and we endeavour to answer all emails and reply quickly, please call our customer support line for all other inquires.

Can you offer any discount on multi-orders?

Generally we do not offer discount on retail sales, however if you are interested in a wholesale order please contact for details.

How do I pay for an item?

We accept payment by Paypal only. No other methods are accepted at this time.

We take great care packaging every order to ensure each item arrives safely. We try our very best to reduce the amount of unneccessary packaging to help save the environment.

Once your order has been processed, and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends & bank holidays).

All items are shipped from our warehouse located in the UK. This is to ensure that you receive the best deal possible.

Delivery times for the warehouses are as follows:

3-5 working days – Average Delivery time is 3 working days. As our orders are shipped via Royal Mail, occasionally there can be delays; unfortunately this is beyond our control. We ask customers to allow 7 days from dispatch for delivery before concating to report a missing item.

Any items that are received damaged or incorrect must be reported to us within 14 days, we must be informed of this before items are returned unless we are unable to process refunds.
