Marshall Bass Rig For Sale (sadly)
My prized Marshall Bass rig is sadly up
for sale, as following recent surgery, I am no longer able to play Bass in the
way I used to be able to. The rig has
been serviced by Marshall, so is in great order and also comes with a spare set
of output valves from them (worth ~£280) and also genuine Marshall covers for
the amplifier and cabinet. The details of the Rig are as below:

In summary, it took me a while to get this rig together and the
total cost (if you have been adding up…!) to do this in 2011/12 is now ~ £2680 (excluding the spare output
valves/covers/leads which are included in the deal!). It has
never been gigged and is in very good condition (minor 'nick' on the top of the
VBC412 tolex which I will get repaired). As stated I have not been able
to pick up a bass for over 8 months now and so I am parting company so that
someone else can enjoy the Rig!
Obviously This not something you can post and it seems that to
send it all via Royal Mail Parcel force any great distance will cost over
£150! So I suggest pick up in person (after playing it) or organise your
own more cost effective courier service to collect it all at your cost.
If reasonably local (~50 miles), I could deliver at your cost for petrol (we
are near Whitehaven, West Cumbria).
If successful, either a bankers draft, cash at collection or via
Good luck with bidding and thank you for looking!
