For larger/heavier items I will send them as a standard parcel (royal mail) or via courier

Sorry but we do not accept your own courier as we are fed up of waiting around all day for unreliable couriers not to turn up, unless you can be very actuate with a time of arrival e.g. man and van type collection.  

I remain the right not to take any responsibility for loss or damage to any item whilst in the hands of the post office/or couriers. If you are worried about this then there is always the option of recorded delivery and or insurance. (See above)
