Returns policy
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase please return the product to us at your own expense, unused and in original condition/ packaging for a full refund.
If an order is lost in transit, then we will issue a full refund at our own discretion after the prescribed time limit has passed with Royal Mail to instigate a claim. This is currently 15 days after posting.
Once an order has left our premises, we are no longer legally able to determine its delivery time-this is the domain of Royal Mail.
As we operate a Business Collection Service with Royal Mail, all undelivered orders, damaged or otherwise, are always returned to us within 28 working days by Royal Mail.
