Our policy at My Beauty and Care is to process and despatch orders within 24 hours to ensure your goods get to you safely and quickly. If a situation arises where, for any reason, your order will take longer than 24 hours, we will contact you immediately, offering our apologies and the reasons for the delay.
Orders are shipped by Royal Mail or via courier. Royal Mail’s terms and conditions state that a parcel is not considered lost unless it has been in the postal system for over 14 days for UK mainland orders and 25 days for international. If your parcel is unfortunately undelivered or lost, please first check with your local post office to see if it is being held for collection. Failing this, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will strive to sort out a replacement package.
Please note, we are unable to send you a replacement package until it has passed the timeframe specified for lost packages. Furthermore, we only consider processing claims for lost items within 90 days of dispatch.

Purchasing/Bidding Please only bid/buy an item from us if you intend on paying for it. We know this seems obvious and basic, however, on rare occasions we do have non paying buyers and this results in disappointing other customers as the goods would no longer be available. Therefore, we do have a right to cancel transactions if they are not been paid for in time.
Payment Payment must be received within 3 days of purchasing an item. Failure in doing so will result in an unpaid item dispute being raised and may also lead to the stock not being available as it will be relisted.
Postage We do everything we can to ensure we are charging you a fair amount of postage, in most cases we under charge postage in order to give you a better deal. Please note that postage charges include the following:

Feedback We leave feedback for you as soon as we receive payment as this.

Distance Selling Regulation Under the distance selling regulation, you have a right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving your order. This applies to all our products unless otherwise, it will be specified on the listing.
Return & Refund Policy We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make with My Beauty and Care. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply contact us and we will aim to resolve your issue promptly.
Goods need to be returned within 7 days of delivery. Goods should be unopened, unused and in its original condition including all packaging, product boxes, labels & tags.
Once we receive the goods back, they will be inspected to ensure they are in a resalable condition. Thereafter we will either process an exchange or a refund as adviced by you.
Please note, in most cases full postage costs are implemented in the price, therefore a refund will be minus the actual cost of postage.
