Returns, refunds and postage terms Please make payment for your order within 7 days or we will have to open an unpaid item case through eBay. In the unusual event of you not being pleased with your purchase please email us to remedy the situation. If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 14 days of dispatch. Please do not leave negative or neutral feedback until you have contacted us, we are more than willing to remedy problems where possible. Under Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the purchase within seven working days after the day you receive the item. Returns are at buyer’s expense unless faulty. Returns cannot be accepted for body jewellery or ear rings unless they are faulty (due to health & safety). Once sold and dispatched we cannot verify they are unused and are therefore unable to sell them again. Returns for all other items are accepted as long as they are unused, labels have not been removed and they are in a saleable condition. RUTURN POSTAGE WILL BE REFUNDED ONLY IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY, IN ALL OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES RETURN POSTAGE MUST BE PAID BY CUSTOMER. We will send a refund of excess postage if you make multiple payments for multiple purchases as deliveries are normally combined into one package to save on postage charges. If possible please remember to ask for an invoice on eBay which allows us to charge the correct amount for postage. Sadly each separate payment on PayPal hits sellers with an extra charge; one payment for all items can save a considerable amount for all parties! Because of the extra PayPal charges a fee of 20p per extra transaction has to be charged. This is to offset the charge made by PayPal; it is not us making a profit.
