WE WILL CONTACT YOU ASAP AFTER THE LISTING IF THIS IS THE CASE.   We do it this way so that we do not have to charge you extra vat and fees for the refundable part of the order.

When purchasing from us you must supply your full vehicle registration (for customers outside of the UK please supply your Make, Model, Engine size (eg 2ltr) and Date of manufacturer).  We cannot be held responsible for you not doing this if you then receive an incorrect part as MOST cars have multiple options.

We are unable to refund the cost of shipping back to us, if this is unacceptable, please do not order from us.

Stock level is correct at time of listing, but we sell our items on multiple listings and on other sites and are unable to adjust the stock automatically,  If you need the part urgently, please contact us BEFORE ordering to check stock and delivery ETA.

Please do not book your vehicle in for any repair before actually receiving the item and comparing it against the old part, and confirming it is correct.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery or the incorrect part being ordered.

Please compare the part you have received against the old part before attempting to fit it, as we cannot accept returns for used parts.


Returns:

All items are covered to the manufacturers warranty and condition of sales, if you would like to know what these are before ordering, please contact us.

You must always include a covering note with any return, otherwise your return may be delayed.

You may return any order within 7 working days after receipt, The item must be returned to us unopened and the original packaging undamaged.

DO NOT STICK ANYTHING DIRECTLY TO THE ITEMS OR BOXES or we will have to reject the return.

We are unable to refund the cost of returning any items to us, if this is not acceptable, please do not order from us.

Under no circumstances will Redline Car parts be held responsible for any fitting charges incurred by the buyer under any circumstances.  

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the part is correct before booking the car in for repair or fitting any parts.

We are unable to accept returns for any parts that you have attempted to fit to the vehicle, that do not get returned to us undamaged (including the packaging), so please be careful when opening any packaging.
