Qty 10 : Green Neon Bulb Qty 10: Green Neon Bulb, 10 pcs Colored Cold Cathode Indicator Lamp BC15s.

This is ten pieces of unused, 15mm diameter, single pip bayonet cap green neon bulb.  The unusual colour is achieved with a combination of the fluorescent coat on the inside of the bulb and the gas discharge colour.  You can click on the pictures for bigger images:

The camera balances better when showing the two other varieties that you can get on other listings:

This is rated at 3mA and you can drive it from 240V A.C. mains with a 56K Ohm resistor.  In the picture the bulbs are running at slightly less that full rating using a 68K resistor on 240V A.C mains. You need at least a 0.6 Watt resistor to handle the power on 240V operation and this will be warm when running. This is not super-bright but it is clearly visible as an indicator in normal office lighting conditions.  It might also make an interesting variation on the normal coloured neon nightlights.  For 110V A.C. use a 15K 0.25W resistor.

The cap is brass and is easily soldered.
