PayPal ’eCheque‘ Please be aware that any PayPal payment that you 'fund' from your bank in the form of an ’eCheque‘ is not instant payment and takes 10-14 days to clear, even though the money normally leaves your bank account in around 4 days. As such your items will not be dispatched for approximately 2 weeks. Please contact PayPal if you have any queries about this. There are 3 other payment options available in PayPal ’Credit Card‘‚ ’Debit Card‘ and ’PayPal Balance‘‚ use one of these 3 Options for FAST 24hr dispatch.
- Cash - Paid into our bank account at your local branch. If you have a problem with your PayPal account or don't have one, the quickest way to receive your items - Pay with Cash over the counter into any branch of BARCLAYS Bank - (Receipt given for transaction by cashier). FAST 24hr dispatch.
- Bank Transfer - Electronic Banking - PC Home banking or Telephone bank transfers into our account (Item sent when payment clears) It takes approx 2 / 3 days for transfer to arrive in our account. Please contact for details.
- Postal Order as cash, no delays in sending item once received.
- Cheque - Please send crossed & made payable - 'Port2Port Ltd'. Allow 5 working days for cheques to clear in our bank before sending goods.
- We are unable to accept: Money Grams.

Next Day' Delivery is Monday - Friday 08.00hrs - 18.00hrs. Parcels usual delivered within 24hrs of dispatch, delays in transit does happen and delivered can be within 2 Working Days - for Timed 'AM' and Saturday Deliveries please contact us for additional cost.
Cleared payments received for Items before 13.00hrs / 1PM will usually be Dispatched Same Day, Monday - Friday or within 24hrs of receiving cleared payment, Dispatch and Deliveries are Monday to Friday - Excluding Weekends, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
If you're not in or is No reply at premises, the driver will leave a contact card for you to arrange one Re-delivery or collection from your local City Link depot.
Important: Your parcel will be 'Returned To Sender' after 5 working days from 1st delivery attempt and will then incur a payable return and resend charge before a 2nd Dispatch.
If you not at home/delivery address Mon - Fri 08.00 - 18.00hrs, please provide alternative delivery address, Work or a Friend etc. who will be In to Sign for the parcel. All Deliveries must be signed for & checked for 'Damage in transit'. Parcels can not be left in sheds/garden/bins/doorways.
All sales are delivered direct by City Link Parcels & Royal Mail delivery only, collection/pick-up not available.
Items are shipped by either City Link Parcels or Royal Mail, depending on destination and size of item. City Link Items are sent tracked, Royal Mail & City Link will require a signature on delivery. Please make arrangements to accept delivery of your parcel.
In the unlikely event that any parts or fittings are missing when the item arrives or you have been sent the wrong item please notify immediately and we will dispatch them to you next working day. Please contact us through the eBay messages for item purchased.
Please Note: Any damage must be noted upon delivery when received and signed for.
Any damages caused in transit must be signed for upon receipt and reported to us within 24 hrs of delivery or this may affect the warranty or insurance claims.

Guarantee: All Items have a minimum 1 year Warranty (RTB), several products have 2, 3 or 5 year (RTB) warranty please see individual listing for full details. You have 12 Month Warranty for all listings from date of shipping unless otherwise stated. We will only provide a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
Important: Your warranty return P&P Costs are not refunded (RTB Warranty), the item will be return to you Free of Charge when confirmed faulty and replaced/repaired by the manufactures or there service agents during the warranty term.
Items reported Faulty or Dead On Arrival within 14 days of receipt can be returned at our expense for verification. Return carriage cost will be refunded to your PayPal account after warranty inspection/testing. Postage costs for any items reported faulty and returned after this period (up to a maximum of 14 days from receipt of item) must be paid for by the customer - RTB Warranty.
The handling of warranty returns will be processed fast if the item is returned in its original packaging and with a copy of the original PayPal payment packing slip you were sent with the item and your return address.
Once your returned item has been received, tested and confirmed faulty a new or repaired item will be returned to you Free of Charge by the manufactures or there service agents during the warranty term, return carriage cost is paid by sender (RTB Warranty) not refunded, the item will be returned to you Free of Charge. You must contact us before any item is sent back. To return a product for warranty service, please email using eBay contact messages.
If an item is found Not to be faulty return P&P costs are payable before dispatch If you wish the item returned to you a return carriage fee will apply.
We do not operate an advance replacement procedure, goods are sold within the terms of 'UK distance seller regulations' and do not accept responsibility for any consequential loss caused to the buyer by faulty goods or late/lost delivery.
