Due to the high handling and transport charges incurred, a 25% restocking fee will apply if this item is returned.

This item is very heavy and will be delivered to ground floor locations only. Please ensure you have adequate resources available to move the unit in your premises. It may be securely packaged in a crate to protect it during transit and you may require tools such as a hammer and screwdriver to unpack the unit from the crate. Be aware that each unit  may be secured to bottom of the crate with screws and these may need to be removed in order to dismount the unit from the base.

12 month warranty applies to this item and covers manufacturing parts defects only. We reserve the right to either send out a replacement part or have your item returned for repair, replacement or refund at our own discretion. If an item does have to be returned under our back to base warranty the buyer is responsible for the cost of delivery to and from our repair centre. Warranty will be null and void if gearbox is worn due to changing gear without stopping the mixer to change gear.

Delivery times are the combined total of both the dispatch days and the the transport time. Please be aware of this when ordering as it is the combined total of both these services together that gives the estimated delivery time. If you need an item urgently, please contact us for clarification PRIOR to making your bid / purchase, as no refunds will be given or returns accepted as a result of any issues relating to the total length of time taken for delivery once an item has been bid on / purchased.

On delivery, please open and check the condition of the item before signing for the goods. If you sign for the goods and do not check the condition of them, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to the item which you may find at a later date. Once you sign for the goods, you are accepting that they have been delivered to you in perfect condition, and we have no claim back against the courier company. This is an express condition of purchase. Do not sign for the item "unchecked" as our courier company do not acknowledge this regardless of what any delivery driver may say.
