We want your shopping experience with us to be as straightforward as possible, and we do realise that buying by post can be difficult, especially when purchasing clothing and shoes. We strive for customer satisfaction in offering an exchange or return service, and ask you to spend a moment reviewing this page.
We offer both Fixed Price and Auction Items. Size exchange is only available on fixed price items where other sizes are offered/available, as some of our lines are limited stock end of ranges. We are unable to accept returns on items won by auction unless faulty. Please bear this in mind when considering the exchange and returns policies below.
If you require a size exchange on a standard stock item where other sizes are available, please return the item using appropriate packaging (i.e. please put shoe boxes inside a protective outer, and don't tape anything to or write on the box, labels or bags - we need to put the item back into stock for resale AS NEW).
You should include with the item a fully completed return form if provided, or provide your name, address, Ebay ID and confirmation of the action(s) required. We would also request that any exchange postage or difference in price is enclosed as cash, wrapped securely in tissue and placed inside the package. The minimum value of cheques accepted is £5, to allow for the cost of banking with a business account and maintain our constantly low prices. Similarly, PayPal charges also make it unviable for us to accept small payment amounts.
RETURNING YOUR ITEM
Please return the item securely packaged and enclose the completed returns form or your details as outlined above. Payments made on items by PayPal will be refunded in the same way. Payments made by cheque can be refunded either by cheque or PayPal (for the latter we will need your PayPal address). We CANNOT refund via Postal Order. All return refunds are minus the original P&P charges.
All exchanges or returns must be made within 21 days. Items must be returned unmarked, unworn and with ALL packaging including size labels etc., intact. Damaged packaging will charged for.
We recommend recorded delivery for your own protection, and would remind you that whilst most items are safe in the postal system, proof of posting does NOT provide proof of delivery.
