About Us

MTF Enterprises LTD. C/O E-BikesDirect are an online cycle business occuppying several warehouse in Bodiam , on the Kent /East Sussex Border. We have been trading since 2005 and have grown from strength to strength in this time. We curently have 4 members of staff, allowing us the manpower to cope with the level of business we do. And we only sell recognised brands with at least a 12 months parts warranty. We specialise in Electric bikes, Tricycles and other cycle relatede products. We also runa trade and fleet electric bike business. When buying from us you know your business is safe.

Payment

We prefer payapl for ebay transactions. 
Paypal e-chques takes 5 days at least to clear, so we will not dispatch the goods untill it is clear. 
You can also pay by your credit and debit card over the telephone. We accept all cards except for American Express. 
We also except cheque or postal orders. However we will wait for the payment to clear.
Bank transfers can be done, pleas contact us for the details.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch all goods within 1-2 days of payment. If we can we will dispatch the day of order. 
Items under 2kg we send second class royal mail, so please allow 1-5working days from dispatch for delivery. Please check listing for European postage price or call us.
Items above 2kg in weight will go with a courier to you and will take approx 1-2 days from dispatch. Please contact us if this doesn't happen. We dispatch 100s of items a day and the odd one does go astray.
For items over 2kg there are additional charges for Northern ireland, The highlands, any non mainland area and Europe . please see the listings

OUR OFFICES CLOSE FOR XMAS ON THE 21ST DECEMBER 2012 AT 2PM. WE WILL RE OPEN OFFICIALLY ON THE 3RD JANUARY 2012. ALL ORDERS AND QUERIES WILL BE DEALT WITH ON OUR RETURN. WE WILL HAVE A FEW MEMBERS OF STAFF IN ON DECEMBER 28TH 2012 AND THEY WILL DEAL WITH ANY ENQUIRES AND ORDERS THEY CAN ON THAT DAY.
