Under our Ehub eBay Refund Policy, you have 14 days to return a product to us, providing it is unused and in a saleable condition for a full refund. Except for faulty items, we only accept returns of items that are in the same physical condition as they were supplied. You must also have taken reasonable care to not mark or damage the product. If there is evidence that the products are not in the same physical state and reasonable care has not been taken with them, then unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund. If you wish to make a return, please make sure you send a copy of your invoice and return your unworn/unused item to the address below within 14 days of the purchase date. If the fault has developed within 28 days of delivery we will offer a refund, including postage costs or a replacement product once the original product has been returned to us for assessment and verification of the fault. If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product costs will be refunded.
