With the items included in this kit you are able to protect you RC Electronics from water*

- No Additional Parts Needed, other than tools - Simple To Carry out - Even Seals ESC with Heat Sinks -

This will allow you to run your RC in the rain, snow and on wet ground. The SINGLE & DOUBLE kits have all items to seal a Battery, ESC, Receiver & Servo. These kits contain the following items - please see item heading for the one you are purchasing. The DOUBLE kit will do two RC's and the BUDGET may need some additional items many Modelers have already.

0.5ml Servo Grease

4ml HT Silicon

As can be seen these kits are very comprehensive, even including a protective sheet to work on and all packet in a Reusable Plastic Container, (great for keeping batteries dry when not in use,) making the waterproofing process a simple as possible.

Kit Contents Explained (not all items included in each kit) :-

0.5ml Servo Grease – For sealing the servo gear from water supplied in an applicator. The Teflon grease contains water repelling polymers and will work in temperatures -30^oC to 180^oC

5ml HT Silicon – For sealing all plastic cases containing electronics, around ESC Heat Sinks and filling any areas that let water in. Supplied in an applicator. This silicon has a high bond strength and is permanently elastic after curing. It will also withstand temperatures -50^oC to 280^oC

Applicator Nozzle – With a small hole for fine application. This can be cut to increase the size and flow rate. Intended for use with the HT Silicon.

Protective Sheet – A large section of paper to carry the process on, and protect work surfaces.

Protective Gloves - To protect hands from Servo Grease and HT Silicon. If you are protecting a small receiver then a finger from one of these gloves can be used instead of the larger Balloon.

Alcohol Wipes – To clean grease & dirt off components before applying HT Silicon & Grease.

Receiver/ESC Balloons – Used to protect Receivers and / or Speed Controllers or even other units e.g. lighting.

Cable Ties – Used to seal the opening of the Receiver/ESC Balloons and tidying up cables after installation.

‘Cocktail’ Sticks – These are useful to aim applying Servo Grease and HT Silicon.

Velcro Fixings – Used to resecure Electronics back to the chassis. Allowing them to be removed for cleaning and then replaced.

400mm Electric Tape – For sealing battery connections and other electrical connections.
