Should you wish to return an item, please send it back to us within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in a sellable condition, complete with all components and their original packaging intact. We regret that any items received that are not in a sellable condition will be returned to you. All returns will be inspected and a refund for the product(s) processed within 7 days of receipt of the parcel at our warehouse.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory Cancellation Rights under the Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000. Under these Regulations, you are entitled to cancel a contract within 7 working days after the day on which you received the product(s) and return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price and delivery charge. Returned items must be unused, with all components and in their original packaging.
In all cases a £3.99 return delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your parcel, we will process your refund within 7 days.
We cannot be held responsible for goods in transit back to us. All returned items must be sent back to us using the Collect+ service from UK mainland addresses, or the alternative service indicated on your dispatch note.

Our products are manufactured and inspected to the highest standards. If however, your item develops a fault within 30 days, please return it to us indicating whether you require an exchange or refund. Refunds/exchanges are subject to reasonable expectation of performance and fair use in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Once inspected by our quality team, any faulty products will be exchanged or a full refund will be processed, inclusive of postage costs.
