Payment

Immediate payment by PayPal is normally required unless otherwise stated.

If for some reason your payment arrives as a PayPal E-cheque please be aware that there is is a delay of several days (up to 9) waiting for clearance.


Shipping

We normally ship out an item within 2 working days of cleared payment received..
If there is a delay you will be advised.

If you intend to purchase Test Equipment and you require delivery to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland or
anywhere else situated off Mainland UK please contact us first for a Shipping Quote.
Courier delivery to non-UK Zones is considerably more expensive and we reserve the right to request the cost difference or Cancel the Transaction.

Terms of Sale

Items will not be sent out until cleared and full payment has been received.

We reserve the right to cancel a purchase if payment is not received within 7 days.

It is up to the Buyer to pay for return P&P by Recorded means where an item is purchased in error.

If we send out an incorrect item or an item not as described in the Listing, we are obliged to resolve the issue at our cost.

If a Listing says an item is faulty or Untested / Unable to Test then that item should be regarded as being in need of repair.
If you wish to return an item in this category you may do so at your own cost.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY AND USED ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT

None of our used items is Portable Appliance [PAT] tested.
The onus is on you, the purchaser to PAT or safety test any electrical/electronic items that may be connected to a main electricity supply every 12 months.
We only perform a basic check of earth continuity and insulation resistance. However, if an item is described as for spares or repair then it has not had this basic test and should be
treated as potentially dangerous if connected to the mains supply.

Our electronic/electrical equipment is sold on the understanding that you, the purchaser, are a competent person and posses the knowledge to use said equipment without danger to yourself or others.

Warning: improper use of or failure to safety test electrical/electronic equipment may result in injury or death for which we, the seller accept no liability.
