UK Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class and postage is free. Items usually take 1-3 days to arrive, however this is not guaranteed and can take up to 14 days in worst cases. Royal Mail Recorded (Signed For) delivery and Special Delivery (guaranteed next day) are available at checkout.

European Orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail and prices are specified on each listing. Orders usually take 6-14 days to arrive. "International Signed For" (tracking & signature on delivery) is available at checkout.

International Orders are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For which includes tracking & signature on delivery. Orders usually take 7-14 days to arrive.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public & bank holidays and will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on Friday via Special Delivery are not guaranteed till Monday, however, we can provide Saturday guaranteed upon request. No pickups are permitted.

Before sending any items back please contact us first to let us know. Include the original invoice or a note stating your eBay user ID so we can identify who it is from. Refunds will be processed by the same method as the payment was made.
 
Faulty Items  - Any item found to be damaged or faulty upon arrival must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Items will be passed this onto our technicians for review, and any items deemed to be damaged by improper fitting will be sent back. Once verified we can issue a replacement or a refund
 
Non-Faulty Items - We accept the return of goods that were ordered in error or unwanted items for exchange or a refund. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Any extra shipping charges paid will not be refunded.
