RETURNING GOODS If you are not 100% satisfied with any product, for any reason you can return it to us within 7 days on receipt of goods for an immediate exchange or refund of the purchase price. This does not affect your Statutory Rights. On all goods that are returned the customer will be responsible for the postage charges unless the item is faulty in which case Low Priced Shoes will refund them once the item is received. Low Priced Shoes will only issue refunds or exchanges upon receipt of the goods. The main way to return goods to us: Return via Royal Mail Standard Delivery - this is usually the cheapest way to return goods (unless they are very large or you are returning more than one item). This option requires you to re-pack your goods and take them to your local Post Office where you will need to purchase stamps to cover the cost of the return. We always suggest that you obtain a Proof of Postage just in case the parcel goes astray. Don't forget to include your sales invoice so we know who the parcel is from!
