We are a UK Registered Limted company and a business registered with Ebay and as such we work Monday to Friday during normal office hours.
We are not open over the weekend, although we do try and respond to questions and emails as soon as we can.

We are not responsible for carrier transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and bank holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods or inclimate weather conditions, and those delivery time frames will need to be extended for any processing time frames in excess of 1-2 working days.
WE ONLY DELIVER WITHIN THE U.K. AT THIS TIME.

We cannot dispatch on weekends and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday delivery.
All our items will be dispatched to the buyers' verified PayPal address. Please confirm your address on PayPal before you purchase.
Postage charges cover all aspects of the service not just the actual postage cost but also the packaging, handling and time taken to pack and take to post office.
We will NOT accept any liability for non delivery or breakages if you have not used the SPECIAL DELIVERY option.
By using the special delivery postage option this includes insurance and guarantees next day delivery.
If your item is less than £32 you can use the RECORDED DELIVERY option, this covers you for upto £32 insurance and gets a signature but is not a next day service.
If you only choose normal 1st class post we will obtain proof of postage but we will not accept any liability for any losses, breakages or non delivery.
WE ocassionally use APC Couriers to deliver items depending upon weight but this is still a next day service.
Lost or Delayed items
Unfortunately once the item is despatched it is out of our control and is then in the hands of the delivery company. This is usually the Royal Mail.
They aim to deliver items within a few days but occasionally items are delayed. They do not class anything as lost or missing until 15 working days after the day of posting and in this case we are unable to do anything until this time has passed. We do all that we can to chase up and find out where the item is.
Very Important !
We have found that 99% of the time items that have not arrived are being held back at your local postal delivery office as they have been unable to get a signature for delivery or unable to deliver the item.
PLEASE try and check your local office first !
Terms and Conditions
All sales are FINAL, Your bid is binding, only bid if serious.
Payment is expected within 3 days of auction close, if this is not recieved then it will be assumed you are a NON paying bidder.
NON paying or fraudulent ebayers will be reported !!!
An ebay non paying bidder complaint is automatically started after 4 days, if you do not intend to pay then please do not click buy it now, submit a best offer or bid on an auction as it only wastes time and money
We try to despatch all items by the next day after payment is received but it may be up to 48 hours.
MOST ITEMS ARE DESPATCHED SAMEDAY IF PAYMENT IS BEFORE 3PM
We offer a No Quibble returns policy on any item but we do have a few terms attached.
1 - We must be notified within 7 days of purchase and must receive the item back within 14 days.
2 - The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent out. If it was a new Mobile phone with screen savers still in place for example these must not be removed as it will no longer be classed as a new phone. The product must be returned uponed and unused.
3 - Any costs of returning the item is to be at the customers expense.
4 - We cannot refund postage costs.
5 - The package must include your details, we have a returns form that you need to print and fill out, Without these details we do not know who the item is from !
