Payment must be received within 4 days of the end of the auction or satisfactory contact for an agreed payment day (unless previous arranged), failure to do so will result in a dispute being opened.
Paypal is our preferred payment option. Cash on collection, postal order, cheque and bank transfer are also accepted, but please advise us of this at time of purchase. Cheque and Postal order purchases will be released once payment has been cashed
All international transactions must be made via bank transfer, cash via recorded delivery or Paypal, no exceptions!
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once payment has cleared, your order will be processed by our warehouse within 48-72 hours. Postal options for this item:
All items have a choice of shipping options. Buyers may collect items or choose from an alternative postage option. Shipping price include the postage cost and between 50p - £5 cost for packaging, dependant upon the item. Discounts may be available for multiple items. If you collect, cash on collection is preferred, paying via paypal for a collection may incur a charge.
All items are dispatched within 3 working days of cleared funds in our account. The length of time the item takes to arrive will relate to the postal service selected. Normally 1-5 working days, although Royal Mail state that it can take up to 15 days especially at busier times.
Where possible items will be sent recorded delivery, in some cases this isn’t possible, however we obtain proof of postage for all items. If an item does not arrive, please contact us and we can look into it for you and if need be we can process a claim with the postal carrier service.
Isabellas Discount Store will do everything within its power to help correct a postal situation and assist the buyer whenever possible. UK postage does NOT include Scotland, N.Ireland, Ireland or any of the UK's islands (the extremities), please contact us for prices.
IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES AND IT LOOKS LIKE IT HAS HAD A ROUGH JOURNEY, TAKE PICTURES BEFORE YOU OPEN IT INCASE THE ITEM HAS BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED IN ANYWAY, PLEASE PICTURE AND DOCUMENT STRAIGHT AWAY AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. 7 DAYS IS THE CUT OFF.

All items are listed with as accurate description as possible, however some information may have been missed, please let us know if you see anything that is incorrect.Some items may be returned. We are a trading assistant and do not have first hand experience of the items, often you will be better off speaking to a specialist in your desired category.
On used items, returns can only be made on incorrectly described items or faulty items. You have 7 days to contact us and inform us that you wish to make a return, after this time we will not accept used item returns. Once you have received your item please leave feedback for us, if you are unhappy in anyway, please contact us to try and resolve the situation before leaving bad feedback. We send packages recorded delivery which normally arrive the next working day but please note that Royal Mail handle packets differently to normal letters so it may take up to fifteen (15) working days. If you have any concerns about delivery then please email us and we will trace the item for you.
When available, tracking information will be input into PayPal. For international delivery please contact us before making a bid (unless it is already outlined).
With all eBay purchases, the item you buy is a legal binding contract so please only bid if you are serious about having the item. If for some reason there is no communication between the buyer and seller or no payment received, a dispute may be opened and from then you have four (4) days to make payment
You must have a good understanding of English to buy our items, if you can't speak fluent English you need someone who can communicate fluently. Not understanding is not an excuse.
Q. Can I have more information on the product?
A. We have done our best to include all the information that we think is important. If we have missed something please feel free to ask us any questions. We will do our best to answer them. however please refrain from asking questions that can be easily found on Google.
Q. Do you offer a discount on shipping for multiple items?
A. Yes, if you are interested in multiple items, contact us and we will happily give you a price for all items together (which should result in an overall cheaper postal option)

Q. Can I get a refund?
A. You are legally entitled to a refund under certain conditions. We only offer refunds on items when the item description is wrong or the goods are faulty. Refunds will be subject to return within 7 working days. Items must be in sold state and must have postal tracking when you return them.
Q. Do you have a Buy It Now price?
A. If the item does not have a 'Buy It Now' price then you will need to make a satisfactory offer over the current price to make it worthwhile ending the auction early. We will need to go back to the owner and make sure it meets their requirements.
Q. Would i be able to collect the item from you?
A. Yes, by all means, whatever is the easiest option for you. If you pay by paypal, there may be a charge for collection.
