You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of any problems or unsuitability of the product and we must receive the item back within 21 days of the item being delivered to you. If you have purchased the item as a Gift, then please advise at the time, so we can extend the returns period. We recommend you open and check all boxes even if the item is a gift. All items should be returned in the original packaging with labels and be in new condition as you received it. Do not remove any labels or destroy the packaging until you are satisfied with your purchase. Please note due to health and safety requirements, Riding hats can not be returned or exchanged, please ask if you need help regarding sizing before purchasing. Return Carriage Costs: Because our prices are so low we can not afford to bear any of the costs associated with returning items. If an item has to be returned to us this cost must be born by the customer. If you wish to exchange an item the additional postage associated with sending a second item must also be paid by the customer. Returning Goods: We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns, and therefore recommend that you use a recorded delivery service or an insured carrier when returning items to us. Goods must be returned in the original boxes/packaging with labels tags attached and as you received it. Refunds: We guarantee to refund the purchase price of any item returned to us in its original condition, that is unsoiled, unused, fit for sale, and in its original packing with its tags or labels attaced please ensure you return the item exactly as you received it or a refund will be refused.Please note due to the costs of packaging and paypal refund charges we will now have to deduct £1 from each refund, to cover these costs. Please bear this in mind when returning goods. Nor will any postage costs be refunded.
