You must be 18 or over to place a bid for any item. Payment must be in GBP and received by Comic Relief through Paypal within 5 working days of the close of the auction. Alternatively, winning bidders can contact therealcomicrelief to arrange payment over the phone by credit/debit card. Failure to pay or contact Comic Relief within 5 days may mean the item will be offered to the next highest bidder.

Before you place a bid you must ensure that you are legally able to bid for and to buy that particular lot. It is the responsibility of all bidders to ensure that, should they be the winning bidder, they have the necessary permissions or authorisations to carry out the activity specified in the bid, including (by way of example, not limitation) appropriate identification, clean driving licence and minimum age qualification and so on.

Within 10 working days of Comic Relief receiving clear payment, items will be dispatched to the address specified by the winning bidder according to the postage service detailed in the item description, unless otherwise requested by the winner, except in circumstances beyond the control of Comic Relief.

If the delivery of the item is to be fulfilled by a celebrity directly, Comic Relief will supply your delivery details to the celebrity (or the celebrity’s representative), who will fulfil your prize in a reasonable amount of time.

Refunds

Refunds are at Comic Relief’s sole discretion and will be payable only where Comic Relief deems it reasonable, having regard for all the circumstances.
