are valid for used equipment while in stock.
At time of quoting, delivery will be ex stock
from receipt of payment in full.

Products Limited do not offer warranty on this item.
item /machine is purchased in its existing condition, and it is the responsibility
of the purchaser to ensure the item / machine is of operational condition, safe
and fit for use.
Generally as per the “Exclusions from
Off-loading on site and heavy lifting
equipment, which may be required to locate the equipment at its installation
level concrete surface upon which to commission the machinery will be required.
Any access equipment, which may be required,
i.e., access towers, roof crawler boards, ladders, booms and cherry pickers
etc. Any special safety equipment, which
may be required to conform to local hazardous conditions.
Mains water pipe installations and
connection. Please note: This only applies to quotations for water-wash spray
booths and waste burning heating systems.

Electrical Switchgear is Provided.
The mounting of the electrical control panel,
providing an HRC fused mains isolator (to protect mains cables) and all
electrical wiring is EXCLUDED from the quotation, unless as specified otherwise
in the quotation.
It is the responsibility of the customer to
appoint only an Approved N.I.E.E.I.C. Contractor to carry out the electrical
installation in accordance with current I.E.E. Wiring Regulation. A “Certificate of Inspection and Completion”
should be obtained from the Contractor and a copy of the same should be sent to
this office to ensure validation of warranty.
Failure to submit “Certificate of Inspection and Completion” within 7
days of completion will automatically invalidate warranty to all electrical
powered items and switch gears.
An approved Contractor must connect to our
equipment precisely in accordance with the wiring diagram which will be
provided by us (only where we provide a control panel), they must calibrate
overload settings and stand by at start-up and monitor amperage loadings to
ensure that all components operate within their rated capacity. Although the overloads provided have “single
phasing” detection at initial start-up, the contractor should check that all
three phases are good to avoid damage to the motor windings (ratings shown on
motor data plate).
Failure to comply with any of the above
invalidates all electric motor and electric control panel warranties.
Any building or civil engineering work i.e.,
cutting away, brickwork, roofing work, structural alterations and returning
same to weatherproof condition is excluded, unless as specifically agreed by
the contract in writing.
Any welding which may be required will be
done as the purchaser’s responsibility and must be covered by their insurance.
Any deviation from the above exclusions must
be agreed to in writing and signed by both parties.
All generally as per our terms and conditions
of sale, enclosed with the quotation.
All necessary planning consents, if
applicable, are the responsibility of the purchaser, and should be obtained
from all authorities and property owners, prior to and before any work are
the Client’s Responsibility to Ensure:
all existing plant and components are suitable for the required
application. Therefore, no guarantee can
be given to the operational effectiveness of the above quoted equipment, when
used in conjunction with existing plant and components (e.g. fans, ducting,
valves and control gear).
is the clients responsibility to remove and dispose of all packaging and waste
by products connected with the machinery and associated equipment purchased.
